 Jewellery Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns Within 30 Days


Jewellery items returned within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for return or exchange according to the original invoice value.

The item must be:


  In original condition

  Unused and undamaged

  Returned with invoice, certificate, box, and original packaging

If the invoice is unavailable, the item value will be evaluated according to the current market value at the time of return.

2. Returns or Exchanges After 30 Days

 Exchange Policy


Items exchanged after 30 days will be adjusted at 20% less than the original invoice price.


 Return Policy


Items returned after 30 days will be refunded at 30% less than the original invoice price.

 Watch Return & Exchange Policy


At WM JEWEL GOLDSPOT, we ensure all watches are checked carefully before dispatch. If your watch has a manufacturing defect or technical issue, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Watch Return Eligibility


To qualify for a return or exchange:


 The watch must be unused and in new condition

 Original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included

 The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery

 Proof of purchase/invoice is required


If the invoice or documents are missing, the product value will be calculated according to the market value.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels during shipping

 For online or POS payments, a 5% transaction fee may be deducted from refunds

Warranty card is required for warranty claims
